    Seems discriminatory to me, but in today's "Do whatever appeases the job creators" world, it seems like whatever they want goes. I wonder what the right will say when the 'job creators' decide that paying wages and allowing bathroom breaks (as they already do with farm laborers) is an inconvenience?
