I think that PUTIN and/or MEDVEDEV wants to TAKE IT *ALL!*

And I've ALWAYS felt that Putin *personally* arranged for the Head Of Government configuration to be as it is...so, after Medvedev vactaes his chair, HE can RE-assume the helm of 'Head Pimp' for LIFE!

Russia & Norge are now *COMMITTED* to this border arrangement...and there is no turning back..

I wonder *if*....any designs on land & territory are gonna soon be on Russia's mind? Like they did with Suomi-Finland and Estonia and such many moons ago?
