I have heard these are great cities for IR. what have you heard

I criticize me for not mastering the lingua franca (English lang).... but when I see certain poster it gives me eternal hope for living. Thank you for hope.

yeah travel and live. I have a degree in accounting and Im in the mood to become a teacher so I will be going back to get a degree in elementary ed and later on I MIGHT get a MACC degree ( master in accountancy) to be a part time accounting professor ( i have not decided yet). anyway i want to check out different places to live that would give me the good opportunity to get in an IR and have a conducive area for it. But first i need to get custody of my child. If I dont I will just stay in alabama.
