Columbia, MD and the DC metro area are great places for interracial relationships.

Scratch Brooklyn, New York and, insert New York City, New York.

Brooklyn although offering a large population of ethnicities, cultures, and, pigmentation, is still not as open to certain things as NYC.

You can also scratch san francisco from that list. From my experience and from the experience of people I know that live there it is a very open ir city in terms of asian/white relationships but when it comes to black/anything else you will rarely find it there.
