I have heard anything as true as this statement in a while..

But what if the LIGHT SHINERS decide to ignore these "well put together,handsome(no homosexual),successful elite black men who date slim,good looking white women" and focus on the black men who date overweight WW anyway?


That light and its controllers have enough trouble shining on the black men who aren't any of the negatively stereotypical black men.

 

If enough brothers start leading a good example,than the stereotype will subside,as with any stereotype.

This assumes the holders of said stereotype (and many others) will want to let go and don't forget the currently all-pervasive influence of the media.

Most brothers (one may not see 'em on TV) have been leading a good example (in this and other areas) for quite a while now, yet these stereotypes remain and are even more entrenched.

 

Thats because there are not enough brothers leading a positive example.For example,u'll see well put together successful black men in suits on t.v,but your everyday racist may come across black thugs that rob liquor stores all the time while watching the news.I dont think statistics lie.Having a brother on t.v that shows us in a good light is not enough.Untill we have black dudes out there (ordinary citizens) that lead a good example(get a good education, a legit job,fathers their children,law abiding citizen,etc...we will continue to be stereotyped against.

Have you ever watched a show like Cheaters and noticed that? These black guys are cheating with some ugly fat white chicks. But some of them already have ugly fat chicks at home.Is it that nobody else wants them so they try and get with black men?

 

I used to watch the show..

not sure if that stuff was real or fake tho..

the premise for it is very cool tho..

...become suspicious of your partner cheating, hire the people from the show to catch them in the act...

I like the shows were the dummy who was caught cheating, gets angry and plays a victim..

 

I think it's real......a lot of those episodes were shot in Dallas.....I was actually out clubbing one night and saw a BM and a BW get into it with the camera's rolling.....my friends and I just stood there and laughed our collective a**es off as the dude got cussed out.

 

People assume that BM will go for any fat WW. We have to remember that just because the BM is skinny, doesn't mean he's handsome or anything.

Generally BM and WW are evenly yoked. A poor, uneducated fat WW might end up with a poor, uneducated skinny BM. But you also see lots of well educated, fairly attractive WW with similar BM.

If a BM likes big WW.....that's his choice.....if he's happy and she's happy....who cares?

I wonder if anyone got hurt over that show..

can't imagine too many people, male or female, who would be happy about having all of their dirty laundry aired on national television, no matter how wrong they were..


however...shows like that, make you think TWICE, before wrinkling the bedsheets with another woman outside of your relationship
