I Got Her Number in Minutes....But She Wont Return My Calls

A few months ago I met this sexy blonde Russian girl named Ella. The story behind it is I was at school one day and I saw this hot blonde sitting alone outside the campus on one of the wooden benches we have (looks like a park bench). She looked sad. I decided to sit next to her but said nothing for about 10 minutes. Pretended to play with my cell phone when it reality I was going over what I'd say to her in my head. I decided to ask her "have you ever considered modeling?" I expected her to laugh at me but she actually says "well I used to model and act. I have an agent and right now I am a professional dancer." She looked alot like a younger Naomi Watts if that helps you get a visual of her.

Anyways, she was a student at my college but did not go to my campus. My college has many campuses around NYC and students go to the one closest to where they live. She just happened to be there that day for some reason I cant remember. One thing I recall her saying while we talked was within 10 minutes of us talking she goes "You know why I like you? You aren't afraid to just say what's on your mind. With most guys it's the same old thing". I think she even used the word "refreshing" a few times LOL! It must've been the Russian sensability she had. I thought that was weird. Maybe by "same old thing" she meant same old pick up lines. Its as if she KNEW I was hitting on her but because my approach was so straight forward and blunt and original, she was willing to put up with me even though she was clearly annoyed by other men who approach her.

Well after some joking and flirting, I got her phone number within 20 minutes or so. A complete stranger. I dunno what you all think but that to me is pretty quick. Anyways, I was just totally mesmerized by her beauty, she was just unbelievably gorgeous. If you could see this chick's BODY!!! Oh my LORD! But anyway, her friends came and picked her up and she was like call me sometime.

Now comes my dillemma. I waited a few days and called her up. Got her voice mail. Figured ok she must be busy. Left another message for her a week later. No return. Same thing over and over. You might be saying, she gave me a fake number. Nope. No way. First of all, I gave her MY cell number and she sat right next to me and called my cell using her phone so that when my cell rang I'd get her number on my caller ID. Plus when I left all those messages in the following weeks on her voice mail, it always says "you've reached Ella...blah blah blah" and it was her voice. So it was definately her number. I know she mentioned she danced professionally and travelled ALOT. But you cant return ONE phone call? I mean DAMN?

Has this ever happened to any of you and what does it mean? Was she playing me? Leading me on? Does she have a man and later realized, "damn why did I give my number to that random black guy, I better ignore his calls before he gets the wrong idea?" Did she forget about me? I mean why hasnt she answered my calls?

And this russian girl is someone I met back in April or May, when me and Katherine were not together, so there was nothing wrong with it. I havent called her recently either but I was thinking about it and decided to make the post in here because I was thinkin about calling her up again, but really...whats the point? She never answered any of my calls before so why would she now? I just wanted some of your opinions on why a woman would do such a thing? Girls who think they are too good for me breaking my heart seem to be the story of my life and I dont wanna chase after another one with that same attitude.

 

If she has never called you back, sounds like she wasn't interested but just didn't want to admit it to you in person. It was easier to let you have the number and then never return your calls.

Chicken way out.. but some are like that.

Seriously now, I'm sorry to hear about your misfortunes in love so far, and unfortunatelly, I have no idea why would a girl do that, and I think you'd better stop thinking about it because you can't be in someone's mind and know why she does something or doesn't, or what might have occured in her life since you 2 spoke. Sometimes you just don't have any explanation. And I couldn't qualify this as something "girls do", so I can't explain it, it's not a typical thing or anything.

As far as Katherine...Im not too broken hearted over what happened. I dont think I ever loved her in THAT way. I've only one loved one girl my whole life and she's in Atlanta right now. I've decided to stop dating for a while and focus on my career and school and stuff. If I meet someone then I meet someone, but Im not gonna force it anymore. Thats how I always get hurt.

Man, do you know how many FINE Russian women I've talked to, including a couple of women I work with? Just off the boat? I told a woman I worked with in the Ukraine to hook me up with her friends (since she was married), and it didn't come to fruition, meanwhile she showed me her daughter's modeling pictures. She was just of age, and I felt like going to jail just looking at them. I mean she was that fine.

I'm getting on a soap box here, but flashing the picture of an EX on your signature is at best misleading. Besides I'm not sure she'd appreciate it if she knew.

I too have an EX that I cared and still do care about deeply (I fear it may take a lifetime to forget her), nevertheless, the day I realized it was over, I painfully removed the 2 pictures her from my wallet, and the framed picture of herself and myself from my table. Thats what most people do. Recall for example that a few days ago, Seychelles mentioned that she guessed all wasn't well with Byant and Katie (wish you both well) when she noticed that pictures had been removed from the myspace page of either. I'm sorry to say, but some people would think its weird to keep posing with the picture of an EX.
