had her arrested and convicted. 2011. have a wonderful relationship with baby gurl. ex apologized after I took her to family court...she settled before we walked in the doors.

in the end.....she apologized and we have been good since. her dumbass should have been str8 along time ago and I wouldnt have been out of 4000 and time. but it is what it is.

heres some info all people (men and women) need to know about the justice system.

there is also a website where you can pay for legal advice. cant think of the name. it was great and helpful. it help me with busting out some people.

1) This is very important and its the best thing I did. before you talk to an atty go to the law library and educate yourself on the law. most atty dont know like they should or dont give a damn and will do the minimum. this includes district atty and the judges...trust me you will be suprised. I dropped a few laws and sited the volume of the book and section.....you can see them pissing in their pants. Judges love that shit tho when a layperson knows the law. everyone else doesnt want you to know.
a) go to the atty office who will rep you with this info and you will get much respect. I promise you.
b) your favorite words should be she/he is in "contemt of court" (in alabama thats five days in jail per violation) most atty dont wnat you to know that.
c) get all documents in writing get all docuemnt pertaioning to yuour situation. get everythinmg you would be suprise what will turn the tide for you. when you mail something mail it certified....that is very very very imnportnat.
d) talk to several atty and ask what can be done and throw out what you kno0w as a question to see if they are lying or/and they are just trying to do the minimum.

example.

I asked an atty "what can we do to my ex for keeping me from my daughter"

she reponding " i can get you visitations thats all."

I responded "what about contempt of court?" ( i knew this because I had an mentor atty out of district and he told me what I can get and I verified it with google before I talked to her)

she stated "i cant take the case"

I did the same thing with another atty but he came out with the contempt of court first and stated everything before I asked. then I knew he was my man.

in other words dont never ask a question you dont know the answer to

2) if you go it on your own its not enuff to know the law ....you must know the process and timinmg of everything....tip get an atty as a mentor.....pay him a flat fee and you will be good.


3) only give copies of your documents to the atty ...you keep orginals and never write on them or highlight on them ...it can get tossed out of court.

4) when you do your interrogaries and discovery ...ask for everything and anything...you will be suprise what you get. if theyu dont send it in a timely fashion....its called motion to compel. if they dont get it to you then its jail time.

make sure to get a book "how to represent yourself" it has a lot of stuff in there im telling you.

remember the court clerks hate lay people because you dont know the process and they will not tell you...trust me they will not.

5) make sure you always go for the throat.... and know when to stop the fight. very important. when she asked to settled I knew she was folding...I was out to embarrassing her and she could nt do anything about it. She got caught lying to her atty. she was fucked...I was repping myself and she was getting owned. the last 30 days I got atty to go to court because I didnt know the courtroom etiquette. I asked for all kinds of shit (knowing good and well I shouldnt because I thought I may not get it) and got alot.


dont let YOUR atty punk you nor should you be an asshole to them...you are a team. so continue to educate yourself via the law so when shit comes up you can say A B aand C and they will be greatful...they cant think of everything...thats your job.

the major thing is educate yourself and be ruthless and be ready to drink blood. but also allow for prisoners to be taken and released.
