I admit it I have a bias against white women!!

In my experience what I have found is that alot of white women are fairly racist in the proffessional environment. ALot of black men Like to think that only white men are against them progressing proffessionally. the reality is that there are plenty of white women out there who dont respect black men and view them as being unintelligent and only good for sex.

To the white women on here why is it that you act like black men are stupid and only good for one thing? In a proffessional environment why is it that you slander and stereotype black men?

To the ww on here please shed some light on the matter.

That is because us ww are evil and such sweeping generalisations about are correct, and will indeed teach us a very much needed lesson.

 

I work in the corporate world and I have seen some white women that will rip up a black guy like it was nothing.
I have seen some white women play the "poor little me" role and the big mean black guy is making my work environment hard...
I have seen it all.

HOWEVER!
I think we need to talk about this stuff!!!

I always say people are people - the good the bad and the ugly.

BUT-
If some members can ask question about black guys from Africa and the Islands... I think this is a fair question.


I've seen it too but I don't think it's all white women.
In fact I had a white female boss and she helped me advance.
AND
No sex was involved!!!

 

I know I almost lost me job due to a friendship with a black male. I was told by my boss it would be better for me professionally if I stopped eating lunch with him.

She also made the comment that "you know if you have kids with a bm, they'll be black! *gasp* stupid ugly behind ho....

I went to the higher ups about it and they treated it as no big thing. They also hired a bm, then set him up to fail just so they could justify his firing, I watched it and it sickened me. Maybe they just needed the numbers.

The warehouse was full of bp, but the upper offices were lillywhite...german company maybe that's why......

 

Who and where are these BM that think only WM are against them??

Tony, I don't think you will find answers to your questions, because there are no racist WW's on here. At least, they don't post regularly, and you can't get the answers you want from open-minded individuals because how the hell would we know how racists think?

My gripe is that there are not enought bm in my work force. I work in a hospital doing Labor and Delivery. Granted... there are not that many black men OBS or black RN deliverying babies but we only have a few black anesthetisit or surgeons... they are so fine... and believe me they know they are fine that I can't get them to take a second look at my pale white ass... no matter how much I bat my big green eyes and bruch my auburn hair in thier cute ass faces... again.... WHAT AM I DOING WRONG!?!?!?!?!?

I've seen an Interview with that Doc once... it's true SheDevil, there are women out there who have plastic surgery on their vaginas. I think some need it due to previous other medical reasons and some just for the look. To be honest I didn't think there was a thing as an ugly vagina... makes me think, I think I will have to ask the guys that question in the sex forum...

 

Is the OP a troll? Seems that way to me. I'll respond anyway. I can't speak for all ww - and I don't believe in putting all ww in a box because we're not a cohesive unit - but, I don't think anyone is stupid and only good for one thing. In the professional environment where I interned, the head of the safety department was a black male, and I didn't notice any bad treatment of him going on, from ww or anyone else. No one seemed to be threatened by him or treated him like he was unintelligent. He was wise, had been there for years, and was very respected. Always treated me with kindness and respect, and I treated him the same. I admit I've seen ruthless businesswomen out there, but typically businesswomen are competitive with EACH OTHER, esp. white businesswomen. From what I've seen, males of all races and ages are seen as superior to women in the business world. I spent a couple of years in a corporate setting, and that was enough for this ww! I have a 4-year-degree, with a post-grad certificate on top of that, but just decided that type of lifestyle wasn't for me. I'm a sales clerk, but believe it or not, make almost as much as I did as a secretary (degrees don't get you as far as they used to) and am much happier. I don't believe in slandering or stereotyping anyone is a good way to get ahead. Working together is essential, and each team member has his/her part, and they all should be treated as equals.

 

Show me some examples of WW treating BM like their stupid sex objects on this board. Some men treat women like sex objects, and vice versa. I'm not saying it's right, but who says it's wrong as long as both people know where they stand?

As for the professional side of things, I had a mulatto supervisor when I lived and worked in Nova Scotia, and he was an absolute jewel! Yes, there were women there who didn't like him, but they were beneath him in the corporate ladder, so he just ignored them.

i'm not saying there isn't racism in the work environment, because certainly it exists in every facett of life. I gather you've seen a lot of it, Tony, because you seem pretty bitter. I wish I could shed some light on why people feel that way, but I can't since I am not racist and I don't understand the thought processes of people who are.

You got it right there. Spent my time in that setting before deciding I WANTED to be a stay at home mom (a decision the working mother across the street thinks is beneath me), I haven't seen so much hate, backbiting and jealousy since high school.

Actually that setting is worse, they are supossed to be grown assed women!

You are truly screwed if you're young and real pretty. You have the women hating on you and often times the men treating like their isn't a real thought in that "pretty little head" of yours.

I had the WORSE boss, she was so jealous of the friendship between my coworker and I that I couldn't even walk by her cube to ask where we were going to lunch without getting in trouble!

She would always comment on our weight, I was at my anorexia stage at just making 100 and my friend is a natural size zero and tall.

And she was racist to boot. Once made a comment to me that if I had a baby, *gasp* the baby would be "black". The bytch, I went to the VP and human resources, he and they did nothing, but I am sure they were planning on getting rid of me after that but I left first, to have my black baby, she wishes, the bitter, just past baby having, non married,C***.

Getting the hell outta there was the best decision ever. I don't know what I'm going to do when I go back to work, maybe a TOTAL change in career!

 

ShiteSheDevil, that's awful. Women are bitches to work for. I'd rather work for a man who thinks i'm stupid than a woman who'se out to prove herself to the world. i've done it before, and it's not fun. One of the worst jobs I had was working for a woman. i worked in her kennel grooming her show dogs, and she wouldn't hire me unless I got wage subsidy, and then when it ran out, I quit because i knew she was going to fire me. She would never compliment my work, but would think nothing of berating me if I did something wrong, and she'd even go so far as to do it in front of other customers and coworkers which was extremely embarrassing.

 

I know the OP was about women in the corporate world and reading all of your post just reminds me of things I see all of the time but MEN in corporate America are just as bad if not worst.

I worked for a small studio before going to a Fortune 100 company and it was like day and night.

I've had managers steal ideas, set me up to fail and do damn near everything but come out and say "I'm after you". Some of it I think was because I was not what they thought a black guy should be but it's not all about race because I've had black people who were some of the biggest backstabbers you've ever seen . It's about winning and some people will do anything and run down anyone to win.

I've learned a lot about survival and how to see “events” before you fall victim.
You have to learn how to fight in the corporate world real fast.

People talk about street smarts but the stuff I've seen in boardrooms let's me know why the world is the way it is today.

If I had to go into battle and I could have gang members or corporate managers on my side, I'd take the corporate guys without thinking twice.

That's a sad statement....

I have heard of this type of surgery. I believe that they use other mucous producing membranes of the body to help reconstruct said vaginal areas. I did not know that one of the specialists was a black surgeon. Let me tell ya....he isn't practicing in my little neck of the woods..lol. God love them though... because I have seen some women after having delivery difficulties who would appreciate his talents.

It depends on the environment you work at. At my current job, I deal with WW who live in either the surburbs, upstate, or recent transplants who are racist. I wouldn't go out with none of those women. They may look pretty on the outside, on the inside are ugly.

Find another environment to date WW who are interested in you.
