Thank You, that’s good to know. What are some of the places you visited in Amsterdam?

Ooh, you lucky thing! Going alone?

No advice on the girls, haven't been to Germany in ten years and I'm sure things have changed.

But...If you're planning to smoke in the Netherlands, make sure to look into the drug laws before you go. this could affect you. There's other info you'll want to read too, etc. etc.

Thank you Souly, I haven't been there so much, maybe 4 or 5 times, but I prefer London for my shoppings. I love the architecture, the small houses, the river and the huge amount of bycicles (what can be very nervy, if you travel by car). It's very nice to go shopping there, the same as London, if you look for special erotic clothes, shoes or equipment.
But the drug and sextourism gets on my nerves. Men talk to you on the street, if they can pay you, if you accompany them to a sauna or to their hotel and I dislike drug consumers. And I don't like what picture of a woman is shown there. I have no problem with prostitution, but the huge amount of working girls, creats the imagination that nearly all women you see on the street are payable.

They change the law in autumn this year for selling Marihuana to foreigners, that's true. But there is a big lobby in Netherlands for drugs. Even the last years, you were allowed to consume, but not allowed to transport it. So, the question is, how did that stuff reach the coffee shops, by pigeons? Drug and sex is a big economic factor and as everywhere on the world- money is most important.
If you travel from Netherlands to Germany, NEVER, take anything with you. In Germany it's illegal and the police checks cars on the streets, they check in trains..otherwise you are in trouble by international drug trafficking. I will never understand that people, especially, because Marihuana isn't more expensive in Germany on the black market.

Christine, you hit it on the head when it comes to A'dam. I had mentioned in another thread that the party by Geert Wilders, the guy who made those anti Islamic videos is responsible for forbidding foreigners to smoke weed.
