Ugh, the anticipation is starting to take a toll on me. The pictures are terrifying...i am w my babies, so while its a bit scary its comforting at the same time. Praying for everyone's safety!
That's me too. I ignored the news forever...then slowly I let them 'speak to me" and my anxiety level rose over time. I wouldn't even be anxious bar for the 70-90 yr old, in-the-sky trees. And they aren't even on my property but they sure would land on mine.
Fook! This is the same one that hit Jamaica and I think 54 people died. Did anything happen with that Tsunami warming siren in HI?
There was an eerie calm yesterday, just like the saying "calm before the storm". I would like to get over it and move on. I just hope everybody heeds the warnings and does their best to keep safe.
I am generally a news junkie, so I have my TV on NBC. I think I will change and watch a movie or a replay of some of the weekend soccer games.
Yeah...the calm is beginning to end and the winds are picking up a bit. I looked out the window a bit ago and saw the rain flying on one direction and then seconds later in the other. Funny, I was contemplating the eeriness yesterday, too.
It's raining in my living room. Thanks, previous homeowner, for sealing a flat roof & failing to cut drainage holes to the rainspouts.
Y'al east coaster be safe out there, my prayers with you and your family. Ride this crazy wave and be safe and sound.
Like the others have said, I hope everyone is okay, safe and sound.... Ches, I'm sorry to hear that....I hope everything gets fixed.
Blocked in. Both exits out of my complex are being blocked by two trees and powerlines are down in the town. Why the fuck does this have to happen the day for Halloween? This shit sounds like the beginning of a bad horror movie. The black guy better make it
