This was a huge problem for my ex, who was 6ft 4. Long legs, and long arm/wingspan. Most big and tall clothes are designed for both, but he was regular sized body but tall as heck, so was hard to buy for him. He'd always say "That's not gonna fit my arms" and I'd reply, "How do you know, try it on". He was always right.
