i post mostly when i am home and not traveling on business...it can be addicting especially when you have a home office...i have taken weeks and months off over the years during times when other things consumed all of my time

6,79 per day..seems to be a lot,but you know to read and to write is like a rest for me..between my work or just at the evening

 

I work online all day, so I post a lot. It's good to change gears and think about something else for a second, so when I get back to my work I look at it differently. A lot of times, 30 seconds of distraction from here is as mentally refreshing as getting up and getting a cup of coffee, so I end up posting a lot and getting a lot of work done at the same time.

 

Too much.
