It was rhetorical sarcasm.

I don't agree that a "quickie" is mutual masturbation. I think a quickie is just going at it (no foreplay) when you don't have much time. I think a "quickie" would be what the people in the clip were talking about when it's 3-10 mins or whatever it was they were saying

 

A quickie can go from 15 minutes to 30 minutes without foreplay. The man would have to be erect and turned on in that instant. Mutual masturbation can be a part of it if time is limited.

Worked in a hotels for a while, I'd be creep and listen to people fuck all the time. Seems like most sex lasts anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes from what I can hear.
