My theory has always been to go as long as I can until I can't possibly hold it in anymore. In order to last longer I just vary the pace (can't jack rabbit the whole time, that's tiring and doesn't even please the woman anyway), and you also have to use your tongue/fingers to stimulate the clitoris while giving your penis a break at times.

I know women fake it but I like to make sure in a relationship to find out from the woman (through conversation...yes thats right, partners can actually have civil discussions about sexual pleasure over brunch lol ) specifically what she likes and how she prefers to (or is most likely to) get off. I do my best to make that happen but if she doesn't have a "REAL ONE" by an hour in I'm popping off. Especially if I hear those moans that sound like its happening.

I understand for some women it's just not in the cards that night for whatever reason and the moans may be fake but I feel if I put in that work for 50 to 60 minutes than I am at least doing my part. No selfish minute man stuff here. I do prefer sex to be longer than shorter but I am also not one of those guys that needs it twice a day or everyday or even every other day. 3 or 4 times a week is good enough for me. I can't recover as fast as most guys (some guys can bust 2 or 3 out in one 2 hour session like its nothing). I don't know why but for me, all my life, whether its sex or masturbation, it takes me roughly 24 hours to really be in prime condition again and I dont like to get in the ring unless I feel I can go the distance...so to speak, haha.

I think the main thing is who you are dealing with. I mean unless you are Petty, I would be concerned about the chicks who have the attitude of the ones on the clip you posted. I think if you are really tuning into the other person, you are with someone who's really into you, you are connecting with them in and out of the bed, and talking about things (kudos!) all's good.

I'm sure there are plenty who lie about things (women and men) but if you are really tuned in to the other person, I think you'll know.

Haha Petty. See the thing for me is I have a unique medical condition which forces me to have to last long and make sure the woman is satisfied because if I pop too early and she wants me to go back at it...im screwed...here why:

After I climax once, about 15 minutes later my penis gets VERY sore, to the point where if you touch it the pain is excruciating. Its that way for a few hours but the next day I am fine.
