If you want an American black man, then my opinion is to look for a brotha of high character, not what the media depicts for most of us. Stay grounded in your culture and values and keep your eyes open to the man that you naturally gravitate towards. Be yourself as the man you most likely want will love you how you are rather than trying to pretend to fit in with Americans. He will love a foreign white woman how she is.
