She's very beautiful in Far From Heaven - a sad movie from a racial/society perspective but she is getting it on with a black man

 

it was a great remake of "All that heaven allows" which was about class differences, not race and the guy gets the girl. but this is America where bm/ww is still taboo in the films and so he had to walk away from the most lovely woman.

 

I agree - it's pathetic. More than that, though, the movie was about what used to be taboo (perhaps still is, in some ways) - of course her husband was unfaithful first, and with a man, but even though this was a sickness and a perversion to mainstream society in 1950s, still it was the wife who was reviled for her natural, innocent and largely platonic relationship with a wonderful man...the film made me very angry on a first viewing.

 

yes the gay relationships are more accepted here than bm/ww relationships, still.

and the actor--he is a heartbreaker for so many women here

 

He's very distinguished - my idea of an attractive older man, whose chest you could fall asleep on at night!

LAURA ALLEN...she is on a USA channel show called "The 4400". It is a stupid sci fi drama about 4400 missing people who return out of nowhere and have special powers (I guess from aliens doing experiments on them or something). She is HOT and in the show her character is married to this black guy who is some sort of politician or something. They have a baby daughter who can read minds or something. She has such a FAT ASS!!! I wish I could find a pic of it.
