Watch space documentaries. You can find a lot of them on youtube.... They're pretty interesting so they take you away from day-to-day worries and thoughts, and the cgi images of drifting out among the stars will put you right out. Once the video ends, your computer will eventually go into sleep mode, so you won't even have to wake up to turn it off. Try it, you'll see. Melatonin can also help, but approach with caution - that shit is a hormone.
