If you look at the videos at the end of the clip you posted, there is one that states the video is fake. It was a series of ads that they were running.

I saw this a while back. I heard it was fake, too. I was hella laughing when I saw the video, but I wasn't sure if it was real or fake, yet, but I was still laughing like a muthafucka. The needle scratching the record n' shit. Damn. :smt043
