My name is Jen. I'm born and raised in New York City, so the concept of dating interracially wasn't nearly the taboo for me that it might (still?) be for some people in other places. I'm recently out of college, now working a real job, and really enjoying this site. I have had a total six boyfriends in my life; the first three were white, but the last three have been black, and it wasn't until this most recent boyfriend (who I am still very much in love with!) that I noticed the pattern, and realized I found myself gravitating more towards black men. So I went looking for resources, and this site seems the most reasonable and genuine place to discuss this aspect of my life. Thanks for the great site!
