Not really. A *lot* of women have been in situations where some guy has grabbed their crotch or their boob, and tried to pull her head down. Hell,it happens in night clubs. It's not something most of us would think to report to the police, it's just some guy acting like an asshole - we might be upset, but how the hell would we have *proof* for the police unless it was witnessed? No DNA, no nothing. Women aren't believed when they *are* raped - something like this? Nope, I wouldnt have gone to the police. But if I found out years later the dude was running for president, you can be damned sure I'd want people to know about it so they could take it into account in deciding who to vote for
