I, too, was wondering why this is only coming out now. I saw an interview with the fiance of one of the accusers (Sharon B) and he didn't even know about this until last week, I believe.

Unfortunately, i think the allegations are true. Maybe not her story, but the charges of the others who were paid to leave the restaurant assoc and to maintain silence as to why they left. If he isn't guilty, why did anyone have to be paid hush money? Sad. I liked him when I first heard him speak.

You are often way too worried about the perceptions of blacks by others.

Have you ever heard of the individual. Would you sexually harass a woman, there you have your answer.

Herman Cain has nothing to do with race relations and interracial relationships. He made his bed.

Heck many blacks aren't even too keen on Cain and his style of politics.

It seems his supporters are primarily white Republican males who like his business style and approach to politics. Some of them are even saying he is being smeared. You better believe they wouldn't have said that about Obama if he was in this situation.

You shouldn't extrapolate these things out of the realm of their relevancy.

Look for example at the current firestorm case of Joe Paterno and his former assistant coach Joe Sandusky who is suspected of sexually abusing young men, including on Penn State University campus, in the showers.

Does that reflect on white men, does that dismiss the trust parents have in having their children around white males.

See how absurd that comes across. Grown men make their own choices and they have to deal with the consequences of it.

This is Herman Cain's baby to deal with, nothing to do with black folks and interracial bro.

Like any other group blacks have differing views, values, interests, outlook, etc.

Thanks! I don't believe this issue has anything to do with race or even political affiliation.

But politics, having evolved to what it is today, makes every perceived moral misdeed fair game when one seeks the highest office of the land. Have we forgotten Clinton's alleged smoking jays at Oxford... "Never inhaled" was a classic response but good enough to satisfy a constituency who would probably use the same defense, if confronted. LOL

Binding arbitration was a tool instituted by the Rove machine to save businesses from liability...

If Cain really wants this issue to go away, he needs to pull the covers back or have the third parties with direct knowledge of the allegations, investigations, and resulting actions reveal the documented facts.

His assaults on the press only taunt and tease a mad dog and make it madder. His intermittent recollection of past incidents after initial denials, only cause people to doubt anything he may be trying to say...
