The Philly grunt lives in his head. You have to weed through his babble to get to the real story. I was actually going to mention his abstract headers to you in the no-name, lol.

When they killed the three bastards today, all I thought was good, not one cent towards feeding, housing and coddling them until trial.

The US indiscriminate use of power is one of their most effective organizing tools for enraging the "man in the street". Most people everywhere, regardless of religion, want to live their lives and be left alone. People who are harassed or oppressed anywhere can snap at the slightest provocation. This does not justify the extremists' indiscriminate counter-reaction, though, just recognizing what's going on in the Muslim community.

    Who cares how they feel

We're going to bring their culture into the 21st century even if it kills them

Anonymous declares war over Charlie Hebdo attack

Anonymous declared war on Islamic extremists Friday and promised to take revenge for the attack on French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo.

In a video posted on YouTube, the group of hackers said they would track down websites and social media networks linked to terrorists, and take them down.

"We, Anonymous around the world, have decided to declare war on you the terrorists," it said.

The video is described as a message for "al Qaeda, the Islamic State and other terrorists," and promises to avenge the killing of 12 people in Wednesday's attack.

"We intend to take revenge in their name, we are going to survey your activities on the net, we are going to shut down your accounts on all social networks," Anonymous said.

Cherif and Said Kouachi, the brothers wanted for the massacre at Charlie Hebdo's offices in Paris, were killed Friday by French security forces in a town where they had been surrounded, according to a local official.

Said spent several months in Yemen in 2011, receiving weapons training and working with Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, U.S. officials said Friday.

His younger brother Cherif was sentenced to three years in prison for being part of a jihadist recruitment ring in Paris that sent fighters to join the conflict in Iraq.

An ISIS radio broadcast Thursday praised the attackers, calling them "brave jihadists." But the broadcast did not say whether the two had any connection to the militant group.

The attack has prompted an outpouring of solidarity, with thousands joining rallies in defense of freedom of speech and republishing many of the magazine's most controversial cartoons -- including of the Prophet Mohammed.

Anonymous has hacked websites belonging to government departments, companies and other organizations. The loose collective is also known for supporting the Occupy movement.

What the guy did was brave too, but his situation was completely different (he was a hostage).

Did you hear their message? They're not seeking violence, but doing SOMETHING constructive using their skills. I love smart people with balls.

We live in a world where people are either too scared to do anything -or- often overreact and, as a result, do dumb shit because that's all they can do while carried away by their emotions. Doing something right about a shitty situation is the tricky part. It takes brains, balls, patients, and oftentimes actual work, meaning, it's too complicated for your average Joe.

Again how does it take 'balls' to anonymously fight extremists lol

I'm not doubting their skill....they're very capable of cyber warfare...but to say they have balls or are brave is a stretch because they're not going to face any real reprisal/real danger (if they did they wouldn't be any good at what they do)

You may as well say it takes balls to be an internet tough guy :p

Actually, I initially said "spine." Regardless, taking action (when you CAN do something when you don't have to, for the greater good or for someone else) takes balls, IMO. Using one's brain is brave, on a computer or not. It's smart on their part that they're doing it in symbolic masks, given they're dealing with whom they're dealing with.

But if you have a better solution to "fighting extremists," anonymously or not, with a computer or a battle ax, by all means please do. I'd double dog dare you, but according to you that would not be necessary.

Whatever Fawkes's story was, I think that the direct symbol behind this mask in this day and age is the popular revolution in V for Vandetta in a post-nuclear UK with a fascist government. Still, it was about people unifying and making a change. In masks. Anonymous. Meaning, in this sense we're all the same and equal and united, as we stand together against something that sucks. No?

Since you seem to sympathize with the Islamic radicals by mocking 21st Century freedoms (and of course accusing America of killing them to do so, but never them - not surprised) ;)
...well here you go...enjoy your teachings of one of your most influential rousers..

Anjem Choudary on Paris shooting: 'Muslims do not believe in freedom of expression'

Radical hate preacher Anjem Choudary has claimed that Muslims "do not believe in the concept of freedom of expression" in an opinion piece in US media, following the attack on the offices of satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo.

Writing in USA Today, Choudary says: "Contrary to popular misconception, Islam does not mean peace but rather means submission to the commands of Allah alone.

"Therefore, Muslims do not believe in the concept of freedom of expression, as their speech and actions are determined by divine revelation and not based on people's desires."

He goes on to say that Muslims and non-Muslims must realise the consequences of insulting Mohammed because the world is "increasingly unstable and insecure".

"Although Muslims may not agree about the idea of freedom of expression, even non-Muslims who espouse it say it comes with responsibilities" Choudary said. "In an increasingly unstable and insecure world, the potential consequences of insulting the Messenger Muhammad are known to Muslims and non-Muslims alike."

He continues by saying that Muslims hold Mohammed dearer than any family member and therefore will defend him with their lives, even taking the law into their own hands.

"Muslims consider the honor of the Prophet Muhammad to be dearer to them than that of their parents or even themselves. To defend it is considered to be an obligation upon them.

"The strict punishment if found guilty of this crime under sharia [Islamic law] is capital punishment implementable by an Islamic State. This is because the Messenger Muhammad said, "Whoever insults a Prophet kill him."

"However, because the honor of the Prophet is something which all Muslims want to defend, many will take the law into their own hands, as we often see."

The Islamic propagandist is known in Britain for inspiring a number of young men to become jihadists and plan attacks in Britain and abroad.

Despite his influence in jihadi circles and creation of hard-line groups such as al-Muhajiroun, Islam4UK and Muslims Against Crusades, Choudary has managed to evade police arrest largely thanks to his studies as a lawyer.

No, they just plant bombs and shoot people. 9/11 aside, white right wing lunatics have been responsible for perpetrating the vast majority terrorist attacks in US history. It just doesn't get labeled as terrorism in the media.

    This was a terrorist attack:
