Honestly, if what he said upset you THAT much, you may not enjoy your time spent on internet forums. LOL As for common history...it's full of trolls and morons, so people get their guard up pretty quickly on here.
A troll is someone who joins a forum just to be a pain in the ass. They try their best to stir shit up (and often succeed). We don't like them. :smt018 As for the definition of moron, umm...isn't that already universally known? Moron, idiot, imbecile. As for anything else you should know? Don't jump in too fast, too early. Don't expect everyone to be nice. Don't expect everyone to think like you. Don't expect people to stick up for you, or take your side. Know that people often get 'brave' when they're online, because no one knows who they really are...so they will act differently than they do in real life. Tone of voice doesn't translate well via text, so don't jump to conclusions, about the meaning behind things, too early. AND use smiles and stuff in your post, if you need to, to let people know what your 'tone' is. I think that's about it. LOL Reading back over that I can see that most people here, including myself, have either broken those guidelines/rules or done those things themselves. Hahahaha! Oh well. You asked.
Hey you. LOL I got the link you asked for, plus a bonus one cuz you asked nicely. Here's the link ^^^^ This is the bonus. ^^^^
LMAO I saw that video too many times xD As well as "Literal Pants" which is a Parody of "Leather Pants"
First, Hi and welcome to the forum... As to your questions, you need the maximum protection afforded you by the law. A contract that clearly outlines responsibilities and liabilities could save you a lot of aggravation later if your roommate turns out to be a problem.
Thank you for the advice, and the welcome. I hope all is going well with you. I will use your advice when I pick my roommate.
