Maybe if you showed your uncle more kindness and belief in him he would live up to your belief in him and better himself. If you believe him a loser and worthless then I am sure he will just live up to those expectations. And because your uncle is a loser doesn't mean all people down on there luck are or want to be. You only respect and love your cousin who is doing well??

People need some experience in life to understand what you are talking about. When you are in your twenties, you think that the world is fabulous, you have a lot of possiblities. When you are in your thirties, you think you can change the world and all is waiting to be changed by you.

But in the meanwhile you see friends failing, others die or destiny beat them with full power- then you start thinking, what is going on?

I am a social person as you are, I feel sympathy for many people that haven't had the luck as i.e., I've had.

nah there's no spiritual reason attached to the season. all we need to know is that we should be shopping and buying shit, and taking advantages of sales and big family dinners. who cares about learning how this time of the year came into fruition, since there is no god and only what I see with my own two eyes.

So where did you get that i dont show him more kindness? Or belief? In fact that is exactly what i said, that he requires more attention; because kindness is not the same as saying "you will be awesome uncle, i believe in you." its like giving the crack addict money, the alcoholic a bottle because you believe in him. Kindness requires doing the right the not just saying boohoo, you will be fine, or i believe in you. Sometimes that means saying no, or grabbing
someone by their collar when they are beating on their kids, or telling someone that obseity is killing their kids. Inaction, and oh it is out there and everything will be fine attitudes are what leads to incidents such as someone getting killed and no one acting while they are yelling for help.

And where did you get that i ONLY respect and love my cousin more because he is doing well? Please point me to where that is stated? Or is your preconceptions coloring your judgment? Life is not a hollywood movie. Myuncle requires more consideration and attention is much different than your gross and purposeful misinterpretation to the opposite.

I haven't read all the replies, but I think some people truly deserve it and others who take advantage, don't, but who's to say which category someone falls under when you see a random stranger.

 

This was what I was looking for. I was trying to figure out if I was the only one who thought like that while in the line. There really isn't much to do when you are in a line.
