Making a subtle allusion to Eminem, i do not give a fuck. The (obvious) target of my slight barb of course is Halle Berry. If i were to be honest, my care or interest for Halle Berry have reached an all-time low (that is, if i really cared about her in initially). And it is nothing to do with the fact that she is "done" with black men so to speak. Coupled with the fact that she is a narcissistic, insecure, insignificant, unintelligent, incoherent, sub-par excuse for 1 hour 30 minutes, the mere fact that she expects every man she meets to worship her makes my skin crawl, to say the least. And it seems to me that the woman does not realise that she can no longer bank on her looks anymore. Sure, make-up can do heavenly wonders but what happens when it comes off? She can take a hike with her new found love, for all i care. And that has nothing to do with the fact that he is a white male. I really had lost interest in Halle since about 2003 for some odd reason. She considers us black males wife-beaters and cheaters (which she is entitled to believe) but what annoys me is that people like Oprah (another subscriber to the "Anti-black male" ideology) give her airtime to express such far-fetched, bigoted views. But then again, if Oprah shared her views, why would she not do that? As of brotha Ealy's new "woman", no prizes for guessing who i think is clearly the more attractive. But for some slow thinkers, i'd spell it out. This woman wipes the floor with Halle Berry. I mean, look at her!!!! My point is clear. I fully understand that every human is entitled to his humble opinion but anyone who refuses to see the (clearly obvious) fact that she's the better looking woman is living in fantasy island. By the way, she looks Hispanic or Middle Eastern if you ask me. I may be wrong but that's my estimation.
I never really thought Halle was all that from the beginning. I mean, she's attractive, but she's not one to make me go goo-goo-gah-gah.
That being NY...she's prolly Latina. NY is where bruhs do very well with the chicas. As a matter of fact, many Latinas in NY consider themselves to be exactly that: Black. The Kid Rasta 8)
Dude, are you telling me? I am a New Yorker so i should know. It is not uncommon to see some 6'4 linebacker kinda brotha with a Latina. In fact, it seems more visible than even BM/WW couples. Now that is where i am going to disagree with you. Most Latinas in New York consider themselves as Latinas. The Puerto Ricans rep their "Nuyorican/Boricua" identity more than anything else; same applies to the Dominicans. Don't believe me; go somewhere like Washington Heights, Sunset Parks or South Bronx. In fact, Latinos (irrespective of nationality) detest being called black, despite their relative heavy black ancestries.
Halle Berry is half Irish and Half African-American. For the record, yes Im a woman, and I think she is stunning. Just cos you men will never get to meet her - you cuss her!!!
Not being able to meet Berry is no reason for people to 'cuss' her! She simply isn't liked by those who posted.
hmm, who wouldnt mind a slice of her money though? She's doing something right and as there is such a short shelf life in Hollywood, you milk it for all its worth.
If you are referring to my fiancee, then yes. She's of Cuban and Dominican descent [mother's side] and Colombian descent [father's side].
This is true. I'm born and raised in NYC (Bronx, Manhattan and BK). True, you will see latina with BM. And from my obervations, it's much more prevalent than the BM/WW combo. But latinas in general do not like be called black. Esp, the darker ones that you would think are black (before they speak to you in spanish off course). The dominicans (both men and women) are notorious for looking black but considering themselves hispanic. Mind you, these dominican have dark skin and hair texture that is directly from the African Continent and no where else! I went to school with many girls who were darker than me (and I'm dark) who would say to my face that they were not black. The internalized racism is unbelievable!
ITA...they do not like being called black especially if they look it. One told me that Bernie Williams look like a "real" black man, and I wanted to say "so do you".
