Government Honors African American WWII Service Members

    True,MC it is a mystery about Nazi Germany treatment of Blacks since some were placed in consentration camps and others were not.

    Im talking after WW2 ended when black American troops were occupying Germany. The Germans treated them better then they were ever treated in America especially the South. Take into account this was after the Allies had killed a great deal of their husbands, brothers, fathers, ETC. The fact they were treated better in that time of history then in their own country just shows me how disgusting race relations are in this country.

    I remember Collin Powell mentioned that occupied Germany was literally "Heaven on earth for African American Servicement especially ones from the south." If anyone could find that quote it would be great.

    German women had loving Black men for many years. There is a painting I saw in Berlin of a German woman and a Black German soldier.
