Goodlove

GL is a fighter. Hoping he recovers enough to come back and tear through here again, lol. Nothing keeps that man down! :freehug:

 

I hope they get that infection under control pronto and get him stabilized and back on his feet. Hang in there goodlove.

I'm on the forum only sporadically.I've just seen this thread now.. Goodlove my best wishes, get well soon and keep being strong!

 

Talked to GL briefly - doctors think the bacterial infection is causing the bleeding. He sounds terrible. Coughing up the kitchen sink and gets out of breath every few sentences. They want to monitor him for the weekend. He was too out of breath to explain what treatment he's getting. I shared the well wishes with him and I know it means a lot that people care and are praying. On his behalf, thank you. :freehug:

 

Yikes, definitely wishing well for him and that he he makes a full, healthy recovery from that experience he is dealing with. :smt023

 

I talked to GL last night, and he expects to be released from the hospital tomorrow. His primary diagnosis was pneumonia.

 

Glad he's recovering nicely.

What's the latest on goodlove? He still recuperating? Wishing him the best.

 

Pneumonia is no joke. I thought it was flu when I had a fever. Took me a few days to recover. Hope GL recovers fully.

I remember going to the hospital with my Mum once when I was about 12, she drove herself because but she felt like shite, turned out she had acute Pneumonia and they wanted to keep her in, but because there was no one about to look after me and my bro ( my Nan & Grandad had gone to Austria) she couldn't stay in.
She was laid up with that for over a month, it was awful.
