It seems like a regular situation with a russian student going to the US for the summer. lol she probably goes by herself and she wants to make sure that there is a place for her to stay and a man, who will take care of her, especially the first time, while she's getting used to the new place. and yeah, i think, she really wants to have a man to be with and spend time with. it's not something criminal or terribble, but just one of the billions situation with the russian students. :lol:

Mostly real, tiny amount fake and the people that run are good at weeding out the fakes.

I met the Ukrainian woman I went and visited while I was in Europe last year on that site.

Stay away from Agency sites, they are overpriced! Most that join the site are looking for Caucasians too.

Preference is usually not marked on LL, if they want a "White Boy" they usually say so.

As somebody told me about these sites, most of the ladies are open to anybody that will treat them right, its just Black men don't usually cross their minds when selecting preferences in their profiles. Most of them just mark "Any" or "Unimportant"

I have a few connects in EE now, a few UK exPats and an two American buddies that do business in St Pete and Moscow.

I have unfinished business in Nordic countries but I think my wife is sitting in Europe someplace I just haven't met her yet.

Me and Dinara are still discussing that now. My plan is to go in September, but if i go in September, my trip will only be a week because of school and work. But if i go in December, i'll be able to stay with her for however long we want.

Actually I was offered to visit the same woman while she vacationed in Turkey, yes that paradise since its so HARD to get a Visa to go anyplace else...

Actually we might meet outside of Russia. I mean yes it shows seriousness if I get a visa to visit Russia, but I dunno yet, still thinking it over.

Which is an unfortunate situation and an acute social problem. I had a conversation with my priest Father Andrey just the other day and I was telling him how, even being a Russian woman who loves her homeland, I prefer living here in the US. Not only for the material abundance; not because I met my beloved here; but because women enjoy a different status and a different treatment. A Russian acquaintance of mine told a story of a conversation she had with a coworker at a clinic in Russia where she works. He lit his cigarette inside the building. She asked him to smoke outside. He said, but it's very cold and I'll get sick. She said, well if you smoke here then I'll be the one to get sick. He said, it's okay, you'll take a sick day off. Does this story seem outrageous? Something that would never happen in the civilized society? It surely does, but it's a true story.

There are many theories on the Russian women's role and experience; articles, books and papers have been written. In my opinion, in every part of the world you can be a dignified, self-respecting woman. Similarly, in every part of the world you can luck out and meet the most wonderful man. But one thing is true: Russia's history and the above-mentioned shortage has allowed men to behave in unacceptable ways. Not every woman will leave a bad relationship to remain proudly by herself. It's hard being single. A person needs someone to talk to, someone to hold them... Which means a tougher choice and a harder life, in general, for Russian women than their Western counterparts.

These problems have to do with why many Russians are concerned with the future of our nation. The population of ethnic Russians is decreasing; women are not having enough children; but you can't blame them because they want to live in normal conditions, with enough living space, enough money. What to do? The forces behind the skinhead movement spread hate and call for an ethnic cleansing, attacking non-whites and despising those Russian women who are in IR relationships. Yet it's not the solution. When a nation is strong, IR won't hurt it; if it's weak, lack of IR won't save it. Not to mention that Russia is a multiethnic country to begin with. The solution is to do it the long and hard way, to start with self-respect and respect for others; to come back to and restore the high culture that the Communists have worked so hard to extinguish from our nation. To restore ourselves from the inside. It may take a few generations. Russia in this decade is doing better than in the nineties, in the nineties better than in the eighties. The new generation is happier, freer, more optimistic people than their parents and grandparents who were forced to live in constant falsehood under Communism. A country that has suffered 70 years of eradication of morality, of state-enforced Communism, will take a while to recover. But recover it will, with God's help.

Malik is correct, the women because of the wars, the poverty, the heavy drinking, dangerous work to make a decent living, the women simple out number the men and the women of marriage age, as young as 18 are available for long term relationships, NOT the short term mindset of many Westernized countries.

I mean there thousands, let me say that again - THOUSANDS of young Slavic women willing to leave their home life, careers and families to marry Western men. Yes Russians and Ukrainians mostly Men are winning back some of with lavish lifestyles gained from oil money and getting in at the right time on Western expansion. But they are still too few and far between and still "Slavic" and trend to treat their women not so well.

As said this market is largely untapped by African-Americans and many women welcome the diversity, TRUST ME.

Many still do not have daily access to the net, so you'll have to get off your lazy ass and visit them and because so many women have had successful marriages (along with horror stories and murders, among other things) its still a very POSITIVE thing to be involved with a Western man.

Some estimates say while there many attractive and single women in say Russia, they say only about 32% of them will end up married (by age 35 which is considered "old" in for single women) with less than 10% of those women marrying Western men.

That leaves ALOT of lonely, attractive women out there without this crazy sense of self-entitlement and the constant beating of "We don't need men" drum you hear in the background while in America, less so in Europe but still stronger than many men want it...

The expense is going to stop MANY men still, most of the big agency web sites have actually seen a drop, not an increase in men especially Americans wanting to visit Russia to meet women. Mostly because of 9/11 but many don't get past the corresponding by email and phone.

Hard to believe but true...

Also immigration is still a BIG issue and if you fancy seeing your Russian, Moldavian or Ukrainian girlfriend, its going to cost you quite a bit. That's why I HIGHLY stress a venture like this is not for "game players" I don't care what your financial status is.

I think Byrant and Dinara are fairly serious about each other and you have to be as I said trips and the paperwork to go to Russia are not to be taken lightly and aren't for men that think with their dicks firstly.

As I you said; Us (men) "stealing" a few thousand women isn't going to hurt or help and yes women want a stable environment to have a happy and healthy family life, which is NOT something you hear out of certain (ive given up on way ranging labeling, I always get rocks thrown when I do it.) American women.

Too often the question here is " Can You Afford The Lifestyle I Want to Lead...?"

I believe THIS country will tun the corner and a new age (though some of the "Status Que" will remain) and life in America will be something to actually look forward too.

The concern over expensive family heath care plans I think will be gone or at least much less of a concern and many Russian women will drop off the "Well Off" from their profiles.

Given that, on a material level yes we offer them a better lifestyle and more choices (not always a good thing...) and if your lucky enough to move to places like New York, Chicago or Los Angeles, you'll find a very decent amount of fellow countrywomen here to socialize with so you won't have a complete disconnect with Mother Russia.

Find me a Western man married to a Russian woman and the home is not SPOTLESSLY CLEAN.

Something only "neat freaks" in Western Culture seam to be only able to accomplish....

When you go from working hard in your merger playing job, which is not the reason you went to school for, happy with friends and family but lonely , unmarried and childless....

To married, material needs solved, no longer working a merger job or either a better job or being able to actually be a homemaker which quite a few ladies aspire to be. Not totally possible given many of us want to maintain a Middle Class lifestyle, so that means you might have to work part-time which is still HIGHLY acceptable to many.

You find yourself with a man who's tired of being loathed by many women in America and actually beaten down by it, that can truly appreciate the woman in his life because she's more concern about being a WOMAN than being his EQUAL!
