I'm just glad New York City no longer occupies these dubious categories as it once did for crime rates. Shit is just crazy in parts of Chicago. There is a site that tracks homicides this year in Chicago http://homicides.redeyechicago.com/ 90% of the victims appear to be black males from what is listed and most in their late teens and twenties. Crazy and fucked up reality indeed.
