I imagine you toss everything at them and see what sticks. I mean look at the injuries served spinal cord, crushed voice box and a few other injuries all while in chains. How does one do that to himself? If they manage to get out, it will be because they can't point the finger at the right person. These cops are worse than scum. you have monsters in that office and the death penalty is designed for this kind of thing assuming they are guilty.....

All Mosby needed was a Good Faith basis for the chief charge of Second-Degree Murder; and remember she stated she has evidence she won't put out into the public domain at this time.

So if she honestly feels that she has enough evidence of an act so careless/reckless that it displays a deliberate disregard for human life on the part of Ofc. Goodson then its all good I say.

I don't feel the need for intent beyond the intentional indifference he elected to exercise to the health and well-being of the deceased while he took the "scenic route" to the police station with secret stops and shit (who knows how many?)

As I see it, once the State (here BPD) has asserted its dominion & control over you so as to deprive you of your liberty to care for the basic needs of life (food, shelter, first aid, water) then a strict liability standard should attach should the State fail in any of the aforementioned areas; Freddie was in full custody of the BPD and his calls for medical care were deliberately disregarded as has been stipulated by Commissioner Batts :smt009

That's generally how DAs run shop on anybody who isn't a cop.

    I don't see the problem.
