Now that I've taken another look at this pic, it looks like Lewis is tryin to get the hell outta there.

Look at the expression on his face. Like he's trying to ditch his date and he's embarassed the camera man caught him doing so.

His date is trailing like.. "hey.. where are you going so quickly?"
