Really?? Really?? He has been there for five years. She became an adult a free person while she let someone sit in prison based on her lies. She is a bitch. I wish ill on her. I really do. To this day she would still be lying if she hadn't been caught on tape.

Some black men may have some issues, but from personal experience, I have encountered any crappy, violent, or non-consensual sexual experiences, emotional abuse, and disrespect at the hands of white men. Which is the reason I am here today. I might have a semi-love/hate relationship with black men for certain ingrained annoying cultural differences between us, but mostly I adore them. They have treated me with nothing but love and respect, gentleness, and in the case of my two long-term relationships, devotion and loyalty, which is something I never experienced with white men.

I know there are plenty of GOOD black men that are locked up needlessly and it makes me very angry. Also against the trifling bitches that use them as an easy fall (because of the prejudice against them), to save their pathetic reputations or gain something out of it. Black men are an easy scapegoat and it pisses me the fuck off.

Co-sign. Her age didn't have shit to do with anything...that bitch knew right from wrong and made the choice to do the wrong thing.

IMO, she raped him with her fucking lies and was continuing to fuck him over because she had no intention of telling anyone the fucking truth. I'm glad he was able to catch her bitch ass admitting the truth on tape, and I hope she loses every fucking thing...she also needs to be locked up for what she did IMO.

I just want to clarify that not only was he in jail for 5 years and 2 months - he has been on probation w a ankle monitor for 5 years after he was released AND had to register as a sex offender AND lost his scholarship to USC AND his education AND a possible NFL career. I blame that woman all the way to hell, she ruined his life completely.

He is trying to make it to NFL as a kicker and there is a lot of effort going to that and a lot of people rooting for him. I will keep an eye on this and pray that he makes it there. I also hope he gets a healthy amount of money from the state etc. Her, well I hope she AND her mother gets charged.

    This the epitome of fuckery....

I didn't read all the replies, but I agree with you, FG....

She needs to do time like he did and pay HIM back the money....

She makes it bad for women who really were raped....

Send her to a male prison, and ignore any future rape allegations.

I said as much as the system. Sorry if you got the impression that I meant she was without fault, but to me at that age they don't think about tomorrow or how their actions affect others. At least a lot of kids anyway, but like I said the accusation was the first part of this the part that sickens me most is any system that would force a confession out of a 16 year old without a parent present. The fact that a lawyer would find out about this and not fight to have it thrown out, the fact a judge would sign off on such a confession. I hold the system of paid officials and adults far more accountable than a 16 year old girl.

Whats new? This is not the first and wont be the last. To this day i do not believe Mike Tyson raped that girl who accused him. Everything concerning the insertion of dick into pussy mostly favour women. All a woman needs to do is say rape and the burden of proof is rather on the man to prove his innocence instead of the woman proving the rapist's guilt. If she were on my continent she and her mother would not live long and i am sure in Haiti a vodoo curse would have been placed on her. Karma is a bitch though and she will get her just reward.

I wouldn't want to see her dead, but most definitely criminally punished for her egregious lies.

Who knows what happened to this guy in prison, since rapists are not looked on kindly. Deemed the lowest of the low along with pedophiles, child killers, etc.

How did she live with herself day to day knowing what she did. Guess the victim compensation she got satiated her psyche.

It has to make one pause and wonder, because this could be any one of us in his place, literally, young, black, interacting with a woman and then bam, rape claims.

Rape accusations are serious and how does an innocent guy argue false claims when a woman is making such often gut wrenching statements about a violation of what it is to be a woman.

Generally the sympathy will be on her side, which is why false claims are so malicious and odious.

Not to mention what about the real rapists and their victims.

Ugh, this story just makes me sick.

[IMG] Excellent point highlighting those factors as well FG.

It extended to impact his life in ways that he can never go back in time and alter, instead just try to move forward.

i wonder if this whole time the thought of this day happening for him was his motivation to not give up? 10 years of his life gone for something he knew he was innocent of, I cant imagine him not wishing something like this would happen...

edit.. i guess he did.. "This is what I have dreamed about my entire life,"

    Hmmmm........

I wonder if after she "confessed", they agreed for her to publicly admit it with the hope the story would make national news and possibly the NFL may give him a chance to try out....and hopefully a big paycheck.

Then later he hooks up with her and they live happily ever after........

People are shady, plus you learn a lot of things in prison.

This sets back women who really been rape back.

I hear that some NFL teams are looking into picking the young man for their teams.

I think as an act of good faith, it would be cool if someone gave him a roster spot....if the league pulls together and do that, it would show tremendous heart

Just letting get his name out there and a bonafide tryout is good in my book tho
