parking's a bitch. but as a single person...there's plenty of security not including the police.
I go out by myself at night ..and there's no problem.
I'm not a club person...but there's plenty of things on Beale...try Midtown as well.they have a lot of cute resturants(?)
the Cooper-Young district is nice as well.

whatever you interest are..you'll be sure to find something to your liking.

 

My brother & his wife live in the Cooper-Young area. They go to Bosco's alot, I've gone with them before. I've never really gone to clubs either.
