Do you guys ever wonder if conservatives (or even people straddling the fence) get the message from sketches like this?

The unfortunate thing is that stuff like this panders to people who already think the way they do. I am beginning to see that people rarely if ever change their minds. When think something they are all in, that's why people actually make a stance and become liberals and conservatives ignoring the fact that damn near all of us are a mixture of both. But its simpler to be monolithic rather than the tiniest bit complex.
It breaks my heart to say this but the only way things will change is with blood because most people are too fucking dumb to use reason.

Again, with violence... Are you in a gang? Ex military? Surely, you are not law enforcement. Resistance cannot equal resistance. Too many people, innocent people, have died because of it.

I did not give my words in response to the verdict. I have a podcast about it however I haven't uploaded it. I may never.

If the jury could not convict based on the preexisting self-defense laws, perhaps, the protest should be on pressuring Florida legislator's on amendments.

The governor has recently said he will not change any self-defense legislation in Florida. Florida is known for being very pro-gun and conservative regarding civil rights for its citizens. Self-defense laws can deregulate civil liberties which is against federal law (proving this in a courtroom is another thing).

If the Attorney General really dislikes self-defense laws his office can use this verdict to determine if Zimmerman can be federally charged. If the AG office wins with a guilty verdict, this will put pressure on Florida to amend it's self-defense laws.

The saddest part about this point is the amount of people who believe they are infallible and know it all. There seems to be something in US culture that is so anti-intellectual as to make admitting that we may not have all the answers impossible. And people are proud of this know-nothing attitude.

Meanwhile, protests are continuing in the murder of Israel Hernandez:

Interesting story, funny how there isn't any character assassination on this young man. Maybe people are beginning to understand that shit doesn't have place when dealing with something so tragic. So sorry for this kid and his family.

Not yet. They've already started in the comments section, talking about how he was committing a crime when the police tazed him and saying he's no innocent.

It's crazy. Things are moving so far to the right that working people are cheering on repressive police responses.

Let's be clear its working class whites who cheering on repressive police responses against minorities. I guarantee if all these "accidental" deaths were happening to white kids motherfuckas would be losing jobs and standing trial.

Dunkin' Donuts Worker Beaten, Pistol-Whipped Over Botched Vanilla Coffee Order

A Dunkin’ Donuts worker was beaten and pistol-whipped Tuesday by a FLORIDA couple enraged over a botched coffee order, police report.

The 1 PM melee at the Lauderhill eatery resulted in the arrest of Jeffrey Wright, 27, for aggravated battery, a felony. Alexis Longo, Wright’s 22-year-old wife, was charged with misdemeanor battery.

According to a Lauderhill Police Department report, the couple placed a drive-thru order that they later discovered contained the wrong coffee. Longo wanted her java with vanilla. Instead she got caramel.

So the pair parked their vehicle and went inside the restaurant to speak with a manager. Before that could occur, the pair got into an argument with the worker who had handled their order. Matters quickly escalated and Wright and Longo allegedly began assaulting the employee.

During the brawl, Wright, a security guard, repeatedly struck the victim in the head with a loaded Taurus Slim 9mm handgun (which he is licensed to carry). Store surveillance video shows Wright pummeling the worker while Longo gets in a few blows.

Seen in the below mug shots, Wright and Longo are both locked up at the Broward County jail. Wright is being held in lieu of $20,000 bond, while Longo’s bond has been set at $1000.

I really hate to say this.
But I'm pretty sure the reason that dudebro did not shoot the employee is because he knew he wasn't a Caucasian Hispanic dudebro.
They wouldn't have had no time to let him walk free.
