I will wager you that MO, IL and IN have FL beat on backward a-holes, present media circuses notwithstanding. I've lived in all four of these states, and FL is the best of the bunch, imo. But I admit, we should all steer clear of the panhandle, lol.

 

I'm pretty much just coastal from CT down to Virginia and Cali to Washington. That's pretty much it. Keeping it blue all day like a damn crip

 

I've been on the Tri-State area's jock since the early Hip-Hop and CBGB era and have a lot of love for DC, but the South Florida area stole my heart.

LOL. When I drive back to STL to visit, I get nervous from the minute the Arch leaves my rear-view mirror until I hit Atlanta to overnight and then again until I see downtown Orlando.

 

WOW brotha!! I would be the same way if it was like 1950. Its really not that bad at all down there. The south is where most black people live remember. With that said, I do stay away from Alabama and Miss.

Lol, NC is good especially in the western mountains. There are not many black people around so they know the ww want you and noone bats an eye when they see you with one. Atlanta and ALL the surrounding burbs, yeah the bw are fine but so are the ww. Noone bats an eye when they see you with one. I have enjoyed the presence of ww in public in pensacola beach FL, Jacksonville FL, no problems. Im gonna let Orejon chime in for south florida.

My part of Florida has no resemblance to the South whatsoever. No Southern accents here, just Spanish, Kreyol, Portuguese, English patois and BK, BX, Beantown and Philly English accents. Most of the 'white' people here are from Europe or your neck of the woods, TDK, you would love it.

 

Nah man, it's horrible down here... all these beautiful Eastern European, Caribbean and Latin Women tanning on the beach topless.

I've been harassed less by the po9 here than I ever did up North:

- In Hammond Indiana, I've had police called on me while browsing movies with friends of mine because I looked suspicious.
- In Wisconsin, I've been pulled over and questioned as to what I'm doing in the area because I had Illinois plates and the officer had never seen me in the area before.
- In Naperville, IL I was followed by a police car all the way to my girlfriends house... I had to call her and ask her to meet me in the parking lot. As I parked, the pig slowed down until she came to the car and greeted me with a hug at which point he pulled off.
- In southern Illinois, at a gas station my white girlfriend and I are walking into a station. There is a guy there with a dog, he says to her "Don't worry, he's friendly" then says to me "Well, maybe not as much to you".

I've been in South FL for 9 years and have yet to have such an issue. But, yeah... y'all stay away.
