    So....

According to an abc interview, Darren wilson has a 'clean conscience' after killing another human being

Even soldiers deployed to war zones say they have trouble dealing with the killing of enemy combatants, because you know...killing another human being shooting at u with a machine gun still feels like...I don't know.....something nasty which could lead to mental breakdowns

I will have to find the time to research this, I have been even busier than usual of late (did not know that was possible), between work, kids, and some health issues with some elderly family members taking up ALL of my time.

I agree civil lawsuit for sure against the police dept. no sense trying to get money out of that cop...the family should go after big money from the city ...Denver has paid out a few civil lawsuits and then and only then did things start to change within the police dept

It starts at the top with resignations ...new chief of police...then the attrition begins...out go the bad cops...good cops stay and new ones are hired...no bullshit policies...they fire cops left and right in Denver and it always hits the news doesn't matter how decorated they are when the fall from grace happens

I agree with Bliss...I would not be surprised if the Feds got involved on this one

Darren Wilson’s testimony released: “I felt like a 5-year-old holding onto Hulk Hogan

On Monday evening, St. Louis County Prosecutor Robert McCulloch announced that a grand jury had officially decided not to indict Officer Darren Wilson for fatally shooting unarmed teenager Michael Brown. McCulloch’s office also released evidence presented to the grand jury. Up until the announcement, all testimonies given during the jury’s proceedings had been private.

Wilson’s testimony, largely what the grand jury’s decision must have hinged upon, is graphic and rife with imagery.

“He looked up at me and had the most aggressive face,” he said to the grand jury. “The only way I can describe it, it looks like a demon, that’s how angry he looked.”

Wilson describes that after he asked Brown and Dorian Johnson to get out of the street, he noticed Brown holding cigarillos and remembered the recent theft:

Wilson testified that Brown punched him twice through the patrol car’s door, and he was nervous that a third punch “could be fatal.” After his gun fired twice during the encounter, Brown ran away. Brown did not get on the ground, Wilson recounted, as per his order. Instead, he started to charge back toward Wilson:

On Monday night, Wilson’s lawyers issued a statement in response to the grand jury’s decision, noting that he “followed his training and followed the law,” in the encounter with Brown. Neil Bruntrager, his attorney, said, “For him, none of this ends. People have made threats against his life, he will continue to be concerned about his family’s security and his own. [Not being indicted] is a brief respite, but certainly not the end of things for him.”

Wilson’s complete testimony is available below, beginning on page 195.

Not only a clean conscience but he'd do it again! Racist fucking piece of shit. If he truly learned nothing from this ordeal, nothing that he would have done differently, he's more dangerous than he was pre-murder. Not only does he feel he did everything right but he found out first hand that he can get away with it.

Unless he fucks with somebody (or a relative of somebody) who has wealth or political power, he is.

Either he's completely oblivious to the state of America today, doesn't give a damn, or is towing the line for fellow police officers and the way they handle dangerous situations

I'd figure he'd say he felt bad for having to take another life or that he wish he used non lethal force...but you know....that would be too much like admitting guilt or expecting a killer to feel bad for killing

He poured on his own brand of fuel to the flames of racial friction, just in case you people weren't already burning after the shooting
