When it comes to Martial arts or any fighting style Do you have a favorite? Something that you admire of simply fits your physique or environment?

I love Muay Thai the most, its hard art, very aggressive and one of the best striking styles in history. It also fits me since I have huge legs.

For softer arts I prefer Aikido, (Steven Seagle Sytle). It helps in Law Enforcement especially since they don’t like you to beat someone to a pulp with feet and hands even if they charge you and scream all the ways they will kill you.lol.

I have done very little training in any ground types of fighting, but would love to chat with anyone on here that does and can recommend something for a guy my size (6’2/250)

Another question that can never really be solved is....what is the best/deadliest form there is?

Was gonna say Muay Thai before I even read your post.

I guess it would depend on what the individual is doing or learning the fighting style for. If it's someone young that is looking to get into MMA then I'd probably go with Wrestling or BJJ and Boxing. Someone late getting into MMA, probably Muay Thai and BJJ imo.

For general self defense, perhaps Krav Maga or Muay Thai.

All different styles but all depends on what the person is trying to get out of it.

Since I do Kung Fu San Soo, I would say that. I do grappling and pankration as well as an add on as they have that at my MMA gym. At the grappling, we get a bunch of different backgrounds in there but San Soo really seem to fit me. Love it but you have to be careful, or you hurt someone. I have done damage without meaning to and vice versa.
