Could be. My other sister is a Gemini and she's a blast.

My man and my mom are both Gemineans and pains in my butt. :smt081

I know I know, heh, at least when they aren't being pains in the butt. :p

Maybe you're the one being the pain in the butt. Ever think of that? Huh? Huh? :smt043

I've never been a pain in the butt in my life. :smt083

LOL! I'll buy that Bookie. My little sister is the most mellow of all of us, and she's a load of fun to be around.

No comment 8). Did you know Gemini is the symbolic toddler/child of the zodiac? :smt019

It's Gemini trickery making you think they're mellow. I've read about it before. She's frontin' :smt080

LOL! I am not! Or am I? ;-)

Yeah, I know all there is to know about my sign. And a lot of the personality traits associated with gemini ring true for me. But not all.

I'm not shallow. But I can turn on the charm when needed. When I tell people that I'm shy, they never believe me. But that's just the gemini coming out: I can act outgoing and fun and bubbly in a group, but get me one on one, I'm usually very quiet if I don't know you very well. I like to know about people before I open up to them.

LOL! Seriously she's just really mellow, always has been. She's 13 years younger than me and when she was little it used to amuse me how off track she was all the time. You could ask her to go in another room to get you something and by the time she got there she couldn't remember what you sent her for, she'd just come humming back oblivious.

LOL!! I'm easily distracted by shiny objects.

It's because our minds are going a mile a minute and we get to thinking about something else and we forget the rest. :smt023

That's her! She got to where she'd at least remember she was supposed to be doing something, but when she couldn't remember what she'd just guess. I sent her for a towel once and I got a hair brush, that was about par for the course.

LOL! I have to stop and think sometimes about what I got up for, or whatever.

On the flipside, we make excellent multi-taskers. Like right now, I'm playing Treasure Isle on Facebook, watching for new emails and replying on here and watching a movie and texting. LOL.

    That is the question.

Yeah, Gemini is the second sign I've studied the most/know most about because that's my man's Sun Sign, so of course. :D
I'm a Pisces to a T, it's trippy. I've never come across anything that didn't ring true for me there. Or sometimes I've wondered if I've maybe read so much about, "You are this and that and the other" that it's sort of become like a "power of suggestion" thing. Hmm.... Like I've unwittingly brainwashed myself into being the this that and the other it says I am after repeatedly reading it to myself.

Yeah, sometimes you have to be careful because astrologers are humans too and can be subject to using the wrong words when other words would have been more fitting. I'm not really sure how to explain it. But another thing they've done before is try to say Geminis are "two-faced" but that's really not the case either. I guess it's all a matter of personal perspective and personal interpretation and who the author/astrologer is.

Besides being a Gemini you're also mutable and a sign of duality (I'm sure you know that), so that actually makes perfect sense to someone who knows. :)

    LOL!

Now back to fantasy. The LOTR movies are phenomenal. I've seen each of those movies probably 100 times (I would put them on in the background all the time) and those movies still make me cry, every single time I watch them.

I think my favorite characters in LOTR are Merry and Pippin. Though Sam is awesome and Sean Astin, he should have gotten an Oscar. What he brings to the movies as Sam is just, well there are no words.

I wasn't thrilled with the 6th Harry Potter movie. The movies do stray quite a bit from the books, and sometimes needlessly. Though I will say, the guy who played Slughorn, that scene where he talks about the lily is fantastic. My 2 HP friends and I left the theater wishing that that scene was in the book! LOL.

My favorite character in Harry Potter is Draco. I have a huge cougar crush on the movie version of Draco. LOL. And I like his character in the books.

I haven't read the Twilight series though. Not sure if I will.

I was actually surprised at how good they were Bookie. The movies are complete crap compared to the books. I really liked them.

Yeah, sometimes it becomes a self-fulfilling prophesy.

I don't think geminis are two-faced, more like multi-faceted. We can be many "people" and will change when the situation calls for it.

And I can be quite moody at times. The evidence to that is all over this forum. LOL.
