I dont want to hear those same talking points: 1) we do good in the community 2) networking hell, join a club instead....you get the same benefits. also, we know the school prez knew ...he is not fooling anybody. he needs to be arrested for manslaughter ...that dumb mofo. these fools are signing a damn no hazing pledge....really ? do stop there....sign a pledge that says we will not shoot someone. how about this a pledge called "the no fucking a goat pledge" . do we need pledges about something that is so damn salient ? I would love for a person to explain the reason necessity to join a frat and get hazed ?
Honor society is where it's at IMO or a Greek frat/club focused on your major (Drexel has Greek unions for engineering majors fir example) which can definite help with networking, skills tweaking and job sources bonehead frats that get drunk and run around naked..... not so much
I agree with both of you guys. I gave it about 24 hours-worth of consideration in undergrad and realized how uninterested I was in it all to begin with. Looked into it for my mother, mostly. What a shame and a waste of a young kid's life.
