Family: Racism Caused Connecticut Shooter to Snap

Employers- screen your potential employee for psych issues and baggage very well.

Employee-have respect and treat your fellow co-workers as humans, so you wont lead someone into mental breakdown and get a surprise shooting rampage.

 

So you're actually blaming this horrible travesty on the victims that were killed. Good lord man just stop already. Unless its self defense or someones life is on the line, no one should kill anyone sheesh.

Look, I hate bullying and people being alienated but some of the folks on here trying to justify it are looking really stupid right now. We dont even know for sure if the victims were racist bullies or not. There will be more things coming out of this story in the days to come so I will keep an eye out of it.

The coward murderer that killed his coworkers and then killed himself has ZERO sympathy for me right now. I hope he is burning in hell actually.

I never agree w Iggy and usually agree w you - I have to say Im disturbed that you think that this is ok.
Event if they racially abused him - it does not justify him shooting people, never ever. Makes absolutely no sense... at all.

Not only did he kill 8 people racists or not... he also punished 8 families who really had nothing to do with him.. oh, wait make that 9 families.

And I think that SOME of these musings/oberservations/opinions are EXACTLY like the ones that I used to have to read on BET.com before I decided I couldn't hack reading that mess anymore and decided to jump ship.

Now it seems, like Hydra growing a new head or two...after the original one was cut off, that it's rising to the fore all over again.


Worst of all, HERE...where there is otherwise (supposed to be) an atomsphere of racial togetherness, unity, & understanding....

As an aside:

Did you notice that the phrase "Going Postal" has kinda sorta mebbe faded from the Current Day Lexicon of Vernacular?


A Postal Station in Edmond, Oklahoma is where it all started in 1986. Back then, I semi-facetiously called that episode "The Oklahoma Shuffle". (Shame on ME!:smt018)

Nowadays, nearly 100% of the workplace shootings have been in places of paveyance OTHER than U.S. Post Offices.

Dunno IF there might be anymore Post Office massacres in the future....but at this moment in time, it seems that it HAS become a thing of the past.
