Not a stand your ground case. He shot her twice in her legs (she was unarmed and a zero threat), and he shot Amith NINE TIMES, eight in the back, one in the neck. He opened fire on them like they were video game victims. No mercy, no restraint, and in his words "No remorse!"
Lol @ this tmz reporting, lives were changed forever and your over here making a mockery of it for attention. Can't SMH hard enough
Played a role? To get gunned down? Nothing he did justifies being obliterated like a caged animal. The LOSER Hayes fired 11rounds into two unarmed people. Psycho much?? Smith didn't kill Haye's mama or hurt his child - he got into a fender-bender for Christ's sake. * Due to time, I'll BBL to show you what a liar Hayes is, and my personal theory on this cold-blooded killing.
Police records raise questions about Cardell Hayes' alleged 911 call http://www.nola.com/crime/index.ssf/2016/04/will_smith_death_911_call_hit.html
Hayes gun was LEGAL http://www.nola.com/crime/index.ssf...eath_legally_own_g.html#incart_river_home_pop
This is nigger logic. Hit my car and I'll peel your cap. Complete false equivalency. There are legal means for seeking redress when that happens and it doesn't involve taking someone else's life.
Dude/dudes told on himself/themselves with his/their very first post back when he/they started posting. Every post up to now just painted a more clear picture of what he/they are.
Former NOPD captain and friend of Will Smith hires defense attorney http://wgno.com/2016/04/22/former-nopd-captain-and-friend-of-will-smith-hires-defense-attorney/ Will Smith may have shot his OWN Wife by accident. http://www.wwl.com/pages/22692555.php?contentType=4&contentId=18698147
Welcome to New Orleans. Hell, we don't stop to ask directions. If someone rear-ends you, don't chase them down. My God. Especially of your wife is with you. And definitely don't call the police. Shit. I don't care that they was on Zimple Street -- uptown or Gentilly -- it don't matter. duck and run. I didn't read the story here, but the "stand your ground" notion came up again in posts. Ever since this first came up with Zimmerman ... I don't get it. I can understand the justification of using deadly force to defend an intruder in your home, but on the streets and in public venues it seems tricky to me. With Zimmerman I wondered, can an aggressor claim self-defense? If I chase after you, can I then shoot you when you attack me? Just as the police told Zimmerman to stay in his car and let them handle it, wouldn't police want to handle the fender-bender? In both the case of Zimmerman and Smith, doesn't everyone involved wish they had stayed in their car and gone the hell home?
They BOTH had guns, which falsely made both men think they were in control of the situation. Except now one of them is dead and the other is fighting a first degree murder charge. Not blaming Smith entirely, but I wonder if he could have calmed that situation down even after getting out of his car??? Neither were thugs. Both had lives to go back home to. I just have a this feeling both men exchanged 'words' and then it was a wrap. If Smith had realized his life was in jeopardy I think he would have driven off, even if his back window had been shattered.
