Yes I have. Tallinn is a wonderful place. Russians tried to put the people down by jamming the net,not speak Estonian,and hope the government would be weakened. The Estonians are strong people and never would Putin and his ilk control Estonia again. I look forward of visiting the town soon.

there is NO competition and we are certainly NOT desperate...that would be like me saying that all an american woman can find in receda california is a truck driving living at home black man...i guarantee you that i could find a fine black man in that city it just wouldn't be dj4monie...you see he limits what he can find in the usa...i however believe that i can find whatever i am looking for everywhere i go...because i believe it is possible...
