Nothing wrong with taking the utmost care of yourself but they seem like really shallow individuals that don't have a limit on cosmetic surgeries. And that's not exactly healthy from a mental standpoint. To each their own.

Well, a family that works out together, stays together. But, honestly, how perfect do they want to be? I mean, do they want to have the physique of people like in the artwork of Frank Frazetta or Boris G. Valejo? His laugh reminds me of actor/dancer Jeffery Holder(Papa Shango from Live And Let Die, 7-Up, Annie and others). His wife reminds me of Kimora Lee Simmons in some way. They look great the way they are as long as they keep smiling.

Surgical penile enhancement is not a good idea, imho. Leave the penis alone. It can take care of itself. In Colombia, there is a procedure where they use electrodes to melt body fat and it can be molded to make a six or eight pack abdomen.
