I go for 10,000 extra steps per day as a minimum, and that's in addition to the steps I take throughout the day. on an almost two month streak doing that and I feel really good I hope you're able to meet your steps goal for me gradually increasing my daily minimum on a weekly basis made it much easier to get where I wanted to be
