I disagree that's character to me its much more like a woman wearing heels. You don't expect it all the time but like it when you see it

I watch master chef, and there was this contestant that spoke like that, man was it hard to listen to. Completely annoying.

    LMAO

You didn't just own anything, baby. Nice try though. :p LOL

It's funny that you bring up chivalrous behavior being a way to play up to women, because that's the same thing that women who do the phony baby talk are doing with men. A lot of them may even think that's the way women are supposed to act based on many of those old traditions and the examples the women in their lives have set for them. There was a time women were raised to think and behave that way...southern belles and their training to be "ladies" are a good example of that.

It's completely ridiculous and works my last nerve. Grown women should speak like grown women, not girls

You wouldn't catch me doing this in a pink fit

It robbs me my last nerve, when I see a woman talking and acting like a weak, dumb, Baby doll or as if they would be handicapped...even more, women of my generation were fighting for womens' rights, for emancipation, for being respected for what we are..strong! But the following generation of women or at least some of them, take it for granted and go now the other direction. This makes me seriously sick and when I meet one, no doubt, she has to hear by me, how embarrassing she is for our gender

Its really interesting that all the women have an issue with this when it really should be the men

For me, one of the main issues I have with it is the fact that women have and continue to have to prove that we are equal to men. When I hear a woman turn herself into a child to manipulate/work/achieve what it is that she wants, it's like we are being knocked down again.

Then you better never show any clevage showing off those melons my friend lol. I have to come to realize as a bm you can't worry about what others are doing even if assholes want to hold you accountable because the fucked up thing is those that will judge all women by the actions of a few will never change their mind by how annoyed you are my friend.

I'm guilty of doing it every now and then, but I don't do it to manipulate.
It's just the 5 year old in me coming out sometimes.
I guess I have many faces.
I can use a drill, like lifting weights, and I'm told that I drive a car like a guy, but once in a while (if you know me better) you might see that pouty face :D
Well, maybe a part of me just refuses to grow up :smt102

I hear what you're saying but it doesn't change my view :D

And don't bring my tits into this, I do not alter them in any way and you can't hide them, no matter what you do

I don't think that's a Topic for men- it's between women, between Generations. When I was going to school, I've had to fight for education, or at least most of my female class mates, my parents have been pretty modern. But only two girls were allowed to go to Gymansium- what allows you after 9 classes to go to University in Germany. The others were told that they will marry anyway and will have kids, so there is no reason to invest in them. At the end- the opinion to throw girls/women into dependancy on men was normal. Today it wouldn't be imaginable.

Our generation was very careful to have kids, only two of my class mates have one, before their 35th birthday, we've had the opinion that we must be capable to care for them even without men/husband.

If women now turn round and go back- it's like a slap in my/our mature women faces

I didn't mean to offend you unique, I hope that you know that you always have my friendship and respect and I would not picture you as manipulative. The little girl voice just really gets my goat. :freehug:

Co-sign....to be weak from time to time is normal, for men as for women. We are talking about acting weak and helpless as a life philosophy:freehug:

    No worries, I'm not offended.
I'm not ashamed by that part of me, I just wanted to explain what it means for me.
Every now and then I have to laugh about it myself. You should see me driving to work, cursing at someone who cut my lane and then -all of a sudden - there is a bunny on the side of the street and my angry face turns into a big smile and I say "Oh, hey BUNNY !!!!"
It's so weird that it makes me laugh.
I do agree though that it can be annoying if it is fake and just used to manipulate someone.
