I dont think he was too tough. Its just Diddy's used to people arse-licking him when they conduct an interview.Martin Bashir always goes in hard when he interviews celebs..Thats why I enjoy his interviews. He had a good point about the kids..You could tell that hit a nerve.

Bashir's an asshat who made his entire career off of manipulating Michael Jackson in an oversensationalized pseudo-interview. It's a testament to the crappiness of mainstream media that he's ever in front of a camera.

i don't understand why people have a problem with diddy...from where i sit, he's an intelligent man who's been able to become successful from sheer hard work & dedication...why hate him for that...??? he may not win father of the year award because of the lack of time he spends with his children, but at least he is looking out for them. i remember not that long ago people were bagging madonna because they thought she was too strict of a mother.
i think maybe we should look more closely at the parenting skills of the lohans, kardashians, richies, osbornes & the hiltons where there are obvious problems and leave diddy alone.

That british Indian guy is an asshole. He raped Wacko Jacko in that interview, even tho I disagree with Jackson's life style but Barshir whatever his fucken name is set MJ up big time.

Everyone remembers him from the Jackson interviews, but he has done others that were good.

As a general rule I think it inappropriate to question anyone on how they choose to raise their children, barring some type of suspected abuse people just need to butt out. My mother forgets herself on occasion and tells me my children are spoiled, and it really irritates me. Of course my mother's definition of a spoiled child is one who hasn't had to call you for bail money, so I generally just blow her off with a curt reminder that if she isn't supporting my kid's financially then she has no say in how they're raised. I feel that way about anyone, so if some guy started needling me on any decision I made regarding my children, I'd be equally irritated and I'd tell him he could just butt the hell out.

No one knows what Diddy's relationship is with his kids, they don't know his life inside and out, nor should they. He makes enough money to support his kids, and if he wants to buy one of them a 360,000 car, and he's paying for it with his own money, that's his business too.

I personally wouldn't buy my kids a car that expensive, but neither of mine would ask for that either. My children don't want for much, and I'm not going to apologize to anyone about that. They are good kids who don't cause me stress, and they're responsible. But that's something they learned growing up, and that's the time to teach them responsibility. If Diddy's son is a responsible kid, a 360,000 car isn't likely to change that.

Honestly I could not care less about most celebrities personal life especially ones like P Diddy but lets think about this for a second -- Anytime you agree to be interviewed you face the possibility of getting asked tough personal questions. Sure, it's Diddys business what he does for/with his kids but he is the one that decided to put the party out there to show off so don't be surprised when people ask about or criticize it. Bashir is actually spot on asking what lesson it teaches and I give the guy props for not just kissing his ass.

There you go speaking my thoughts again FG. I was thinking earlier that he doesn't post very often, but boy when he does he's just really on point an awful lot.
