My resume is two pages, but the experience in it is so strong and invaluable that even potential employers have in the past told me how much they enjoyed reading through it and how vast it was in terms of experience. The fact of the matter is, it's just a double standard. Not every potential employer is fair and open minded. When he or she sits alone behind closed doors, those demons start to reappear and prejudice gives way.

Injera is right, Shaft. Trim your resume down to one page. Use your interview to fill in the blanks with some of the older information you may have to leave off.
