Clear as day he punches her.

This bastard has twenty internal affair complaints....and he was promoted.

Not only did he punch an innocent bystander, he didn't even ask her if she threw the drink on him, or even assess the situation that she had no beer cup in her hand.

And there is another family who were beat up by him....A (Black) businessman father and his sons driving in their nice car, get pulled over...and told "I know your kind"...after asking "why?" He told the father, "don't try to be a hero" as he beat his son...:-x

Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. There's no reason why this guy should still have a badge. The only "investigation" that the police department needs to do involves watching that video.

 

Makes my heart ache..I hate crooked cops.

in all seriousness tho...any cop doing that is appalling...but when a sergeant does it, it makes it even more disturbing

he needs to be punished harsher because of the role he's in and the example he's supposed to be setting

Whoa..as disgusting as that was I'm sure that poor woman is going to get a heavy sum in a lawsuit against the city.

And I hope he loses his job as a result. That was so uncalled for. She wasn't even a threat. Isn't that the only time a cop can use force?
