EDIT: That Brit show were they 'unknowingly' set up guys on a date with a TG is wrong. That's how a lot of tgirls get beat down and killed.

Well said. Who cares if someone's gay? Why is it seen as an insult? It's just an orientation. We've got people on this forum who have orientations towards feet, or other body parts and no one thinks it's wrong. Being gay isn't wrong either.

It's the homophobia that keeps people in the closet, maybe especially in the entertainment and sports fields. I have a couple of celebrity friends, one of whom is an A-list actor. He's bi, but he keeps that hidden because of how it would impact his career (he does a lot of romantic comedies). It's slowly changing, but it still can have a negative impact for actors and sports figures, less so for musicians.
