CyberWar First Strike

The Pentagon is developing a policy to strike any nation who attempts to take down our national grid thru cyberwar. I wonder if the civilians who control the military will have the balls to act if such a nation as China takes down a key sector such as our communications grid over a dispute with Taiwan. Like that old chinese saying, "may you live in interesting times".

 

I can't wait until I'm employed within the profession. I don't think we'll take any attacks from China, we would have to worry about online terrorism occurring from Al-Quaida and other terrorist organizations.

 

It's usually the people in our own backyard trying to shut something down, making a statement.
